At the same time, I recognize there are moments when statewide leadership is necessary to ensure fairness, protect our rights, and address challenges that affect us all.

That’s why I support returning more authority to our towns, cities, counties, and school boards. From education and development to small business and public services, Arkansans deserve the freedom to shape their own future—without constant interference from higher levels of government.
