Pro-Local Control

I believe in the power of local communities to shape their own future. Arkansans know their needs better than anyone—whether it's in the classroom, the workplace, or the local government. That’s why I’m committed to empowering local leaders and ensuring that decisions affecting your everyday life are made closer to home, where they can be shaped by the values, priorities, and needs of each unique community. At the same time, I recognize there are moments when statewide leadership is necessary to ensure fairness, protect our rights, and address challenges that affect us all.

Empowering Communities: Local Decisions, Local Solutions

Strong communities begin with trust in the people who live, work, and serve there. I believe decisions should be made as close to the people as possible—because local leaders understand their communities better than any distant bureaucracy ever could.

That’s why I support returning more authority to our towns, cities, counties, and school boards. From education and development to small business and public services, Arkansans deserve the freedom to shape their own future—without constant interference from higher levels of government.

Local leadership isn't about politics—it’s about practical solutions that reflect the unique needs and values of each community. When we invest trust in those who know their people best, we build stronger, more responsive government from the ground up.

Leading with Purpose: Statewide Action When It Matters Most

While I believe in local control, I also recognize there are times when statewide leadership is essential—especially when it comes to protecting constitutional rights, ensuring fairness, and preparing Arkansas for the challenges ahead.

That’s why I support common-sense statewide laws that serve the public good. Whether it’s ensuring secure elections, building modern infrastructure, or strengthening civics education in our schools, some challenges demand a united effort to move Arkansas forward.

Statewide action should never replace local wisdom—but it can complement it. When used wisely, it levels the playing field, safeguards liberties, and lays the groundwork for a stronger, more unified Arkansas.

Local where possible. Statewide where necessary. Always for the people.

"I’m not running for office to recite slogans — I’m running because I believe Arkansas deserves leadership rooted in respect, driven by resolve, and committed to renewal. Respect means every Arkansan, no matter where they live or who they are, is treated with dignity and heard with intention. Resolve means we don’t shy away from hard truths — we face them with courage and clarity. Renewal means we rebuild trust in our institutions and restore hope in our communities.

I believe in Common Ground because we’re stronger when we listen before we argue. I believe in Common Sense because good policy should be practical, not partisan. And I believe in the Common Good because public service should serve all, not just a few.

This isn’t just a campaign — it’s a call to come together. This is our moment."
